About Us
The Paella Company started in 2004 by myself and my Spanish wife Bego and has been going from strength to strength ever since.
From the beginning we wanted The Paella Company to be a professional enterprise and not just something run from a garage as a hobby. We started with a small office and shared warehouse space and have recently moved into our own premises. With my IT experience from a previous career I have been able to set up efficient integrated ordering, accounts and dispatch systems as well as an informative and easy to use website that we are proud of!!. Bego is in charge of liasing with our expanding range of Spanish suppliers and our stock control.
We are the UK distributors for FlamesVLC Spains most respected paella equipment manufacturer and are very proud of this relationship. It gives us the ability to offer the widest range of paella cooking options in the UK. For our Spanish ingredients we only offer the best products we can find. Unfortunately, like everywhere else, just because food and ingredients have been sourced from Spain doesn't mean they are good quality or even come from Spain.
We take great pride in all our products and providing our customers with guidance and information. We want our customers to be able to purchase the products that best suit their requirements. Every company likes to say that customer service is important but we feel that it is paramount. Time and time again customers have commented on our helpful and professional knowledge as well as the quality of our products and service. We are always on the end of a telephone to give advice and answer any questions - however trivial they may seem!! We are passionate about this business and are more than happy to pass on our experiences and opinions!!

Very good quality pan, cooked food evenly on a fire pit for a perfect paella. As advised in the care instructions left to soak afterwards and then cleaned with soapy water and a scouring pad, came up perfect

This tripod is surprisingly sturdy and also folds and adjusts up easily. We bought it for use with a motorhome for which it is ideal, but it is solid enough for everyday use. A top buy

My outdoor paella gas ring is not much use at Christmas and a traditional pan is no good for a glass top hob; hopefully this 'Christmas gift to myself' will resolve my seasonal difficulties!

The pan arrived nicely packaged and within the timescales given, along with various ingredients I had ordered too. Not going to have the chance to use it, as it is a gift, however, it is a lovely quality, weighty pan, that I am sure will cook brilliantly and also clean up well afterwards. I always buy stainless steel pans if I can as you get years of use from them and if looked after well after each use, will still look good on your hob for years to come : )

I was worried that an induction safe stainless paella pan wouldn't perform so well as my old pan that I used with a gas spreader, but I needn't have worried, it worked great, it distributed the heat well, gave me just the right amount of socorrat at the bottom. Oh, and it was delivered very, very quickly.

Bought this for a Tefal 32cm frying pan, which is actually over 33cm outer diameter. The lid fits neatly inside the rim so it works fine. It's very light material, but for domestic use it should be fine. Customer service was helpful too. Recommended.
