These lightweight aluminium lids are useful for covering all sorts of pans in your kitchen and with the sizes we have available you can easily cover your largest frying pan! Although not traditionally used when making paella (as the steam needs to evaporate), they are very useful for covering your paella when resting or whilst serving.

This item arrived completely creased and almost inside out. I emailed but have yet to receive a response. I paid for next day delivery as needed it for a family paella day in the garden. My husband managed to straighten this enough so that it was useable but not happy that company has not responded

The pan lid was slightly scuffed on top, most likely occurring in the box during transit as it had not been wrapped. This was minor but disappointing as the paella set was a gift and was to be used upon opening. Other than that the set produced a very tasty paella! Note that there is no pipe included with the valve to connect to the gas cylinder to the burner.
