This range of enamel Steel paella pans have been specifically designed to work with all electric & AGA hobs. Normal paella pans traditionally have a slight dip in the middle of the pan. This makes them unsuitable for electric cookers or AGA's where contact with the heating surface is required across the whole base of the paella pan.
These pans overcome this issue by being made of a much thicker steel than a normal paella pan along with a thick flat base making them perfect for electric hobs, halogen hobs, induction plates and Aga's. You can, of course, use them on gas hobs, our paella gas burners or over an open fire or BBQ. These enamel pans can also be used in the oven.

Haven’t put this pan to use yet, but I am very happy with website, communication and delivery.
The pan is very well made and sturdy, with a nice heaviness to it, unlike some flimsy ones I have seen.
I have Induction hob so fingers crossed it cooks as well on that as it would on gas. I look forward to making my very first Paella.
