A simple, but effective accessory to shield the gas burner flame in windy conditions. The wind guard skirt simply hangs from the rim of the paella pan and bends slightly to attach. It is in 3 segments so can be arranged in different ways to protect the burner flame from the wind. If you want to use this for smaller pans, simply use less segments.

Brilliant Paella burner so easy to use and it’s the first time I have cooked on one!! I made the chicken paella recipe off the website using the starter pack of spices etc which was delicious. After using it for the first time I decided we needed the wind skirt as it is quite open to fields where we live and the metal skirt protects the flames.
The company are great to deal with very friendly and helpful and the products always arrive quickly, definitely recommend using them

I was in two minds about whether to purchase did but I am relieved I did. I placed the cooking set in a shaded area but the gusts of wind really affected the flame. The guard really helped and was easy to use.

I normally cook my paella outdoors and sometimes the wind, or even a light breeze, can be a challenge - keeping the temperature constant and even. This skirt really helps. It’s easy to fit and once you lit the burners you can pretty much forget about it.
