A 20cm tapas pan is perfect for tapas size portions of paella or other tapas dishes. They can be used over a gas flame, electric plate or in the oven.
The 3* raring is because this was my mistake & nothing to do with the product! Firstly the service was 4* as the delivery took longer than expected. However, I have a larger paella pan bought a few years ago from you &'without doubt 5*, but these days our appetites are small so decided to by this small pan,. It was my mistake & a bit too small so I ordered a slightly larger pan that was delivered promptly that fits the bill! This small pan I used yesterday to make a paella for myself & it was fine only using minimal ingredients in fact I could have used a pan even smaller pan! This small pan wil be ideal for tapas when I've got guests! The quality of the products is excellent, my larger pans I've had for years & are still as good as new!
