A great set of ingredients to get you started with your paella. The rice is enough for about 10 good size servings, but some of the other ingredients will do much more.
Each pack consists of the following:
- 1Kg bag of Santo Tomas Maratelli Paella Rice
- 75g Carmencita Sweet Paprika
- 40g Carmencita Chopped Nora peppers
- 5 sachets of Carmencita "Paellero" paella seasoning
- 340g Orlando Tomato Frito - fried tomato sofrito for your paella

Great quality - I had a step by step FaceTime with my Spanish friend's mum using these ingredients and the paella came out amazing. Just like being back in Spain!
Key ingredient to buy would be chipirones (available on this site) or squid (from local supermarket) for genuine flavour.

Bought as a fun and different idea for a birthday present. Bought the saffron and paella pan to go with it. All P
products true to description. Arrived promptly thank you. Would have been a great addition to have a simple recipe card included. Hubby loved it and the resulting chicken paella.
