General Description

These lightweight aluminium lids are useful for covering all sorts of pans in your kitchen and with the sizes we have available you can easily cover your largest frying pan! Although not traditionally used when making paella (as the steam needs to evaporate), they are very useful for covering your paella when resting or whilst serving.

These lids are also perfect for using with our range of deep pans

An inexpensive, very light lid that is useful for keeping the paella safe from the elements, and interested bugs ! I only tend to use it after the paella has been cooked.

Product is good value but returns not so good

The product came and was good but unfortunately the size of the lid would not fit my pan I already have. I would like to return and reorder the size down but the company address through Hermes service is not recognised. I spoke to a Kevin and he gave me the address to search so I could return, this still wouldn’t work, he then said he would sort a label at his end and would take the postage out of MY refund. But I wanted to return the item so I agreed and I’m still waiting.....? I have a lid that I can’t use and have no way of returning as Kevin has disappeared.
Returns don’t work with Hermes. I use Hermes a lot so I do know what I’m doing.
This is a shame because I definitely would of ordered again if the return service was there.
