The Vaello Plus 400mm dual ring gas burner from Vaello - La Valenciana, is a new "lateral" gas burner design, whereby the burner flames come out from the outer edge of the burner. This gives a more efficient use of the heat produced in comparison to the traditional round tube gas burner. In addition, this burner has a more advanced gas control which gives a fine grained Max to Min control, rather than the more basic "needle" valve arrangement. The 2 gas controls are totally independent which allows smaller pans to be heated with the inner ring only. It can support paella pans up to 60cm.

It can either be used on a heat-proof table of with one of our tripod stand options. It is fully CE certified and has be calibrated for UK gas pressures. It can work with on Butane or Propane with the appropriate gas regulator attached.
