These cast iron griddles are all double sided, flat on one side suitable for drop scones etc, whilst the other side is ridged for cooking many types of vegetables, meats & fish. The 32cm griddle is perfect for your gas hob, BBQ or on our  250mm Gas burners.

Simply oil the griddle after cleaning

Please Note: This cast iron griddle is not suitable for electric or AGA hobs as the griddle has a lip around the edge which means the cooking surface would not make the required direct contact with the hob
