This Stainless Steel pan is not only beautiful and stylish in its design, it is also formed with a  unique 3-layer bonded construction. The inner layer is polished top quality stainless steel. As this type stainless steel does not conduct heat that well, the middle layer is aluminium which is a excellent conduction of heat. Finally the outside layer is a beautifully brushed stainless steel, but this time it is 18/0 steel which is magnetic, making it suitable for induction cookers. This results in the a uniform and efficient heat over the whole surface of the pan, not just the base.
