This Paella skimmer spoon is a great way to complete your paella experience and show your paella cooking skills to their best. For the larger pans it certainly becomes a necessity as normal domestic spatulas are just not long enough.
This 50cm long spoon is the perfect accessory for pans between 42cm to 70cm diameter. With is flat base it makes it perfect for both cooking and serving your paella alike.
Obviously it is not recommended that these spoons are used on any of the non-stick paella pans.

I bought this as an extra while getting a new larger pan - I normally use a long cooking spoon. But this special skimmer/spoon really did the job well. Great long handle, decent size spoon for cooking and also serving the paella. Glad I got it.
