This paella cooking set is the perfect for larger family or other gatherings. It is based on the new Vaello Plus 530mm tripple ring gas burner from Vaello - La Valenciana. This a new "lateral" gas burner design, whereby the burner flames come out from the outer edge of the burner. This gives a more efficient use of the heat produced in comparison to the traditional round tube gas burner and with 3 rings, gives you total control and flexibility. In addition, this burner has a more advanced gas control which gives a fine grained Max to Min control, rather than the more basic "needle" valve arrangement. The 3 gas controls are totally independent which allows smaller pans to be heated with the inner rings only.  It can be configured with choices of either Polished steel or Enamelled steel paella pans from 60cm to 70cm.

The paella set also includes a gas hose and clips. You will just need to choose a regulator for the appropriate gas bottle you want to use. (See gas & regulator guide for more information). The gas burner will run on both Propane & Butane.
