This is the new format from Carmencita which is a bit smaller than the former size catering jar, but improvements in terms of Food Security as production is completely automatic & is hermetically sealed.

Never made a paella before.... so choosing to make one for 70 people as my first attempt may not have been the most sensible of ideas! Nevertheless I ordered all the base ingredients from The Paella Company after contacting them for advice. Really tasty paella, great colour and relatively straightforward to make.
