The Enamelled Paella pans are easier to keep clean than their polished Steel counterparts. Being enamelled, they do not need to be kept oiled when not in use and will look as good as new after many years.
This paella pan was perfect for our event, right size, we had a big lunch for 30 people and it worked very well. Very easy to clean afterwards as it’s non stick.

Very very strong and durable pan and a very good size if you are cooking paella for 10 or more people. My family loved it. One constructive criticism is that we could have done with two more handles on it as it is very heavy.
I use mine over an open fire so needed somthing that would hold up to the heat. So far i have been very pleased with it and got a lot of use out of it. The only thing that would make it perfect would be handles that are hear resistant.
