The Enamelled Paella pans are easier to keep clean than their polished Steel counterparts. Being enamelled, they do not need to be kept oiled when not in use and will look as good as new after many years.
This is a great pan. I fed 35 mains easy. Very easy to maintain too. Looking forward to a bigger one. Because these are very big they are deeper and i found when cooking with them to use a little less stock as the rice is deep and doesn't dry out as easily with smaller pans.
They are great but I mis measured as I wanted the 80 cm
